Change of Mind / Refunds

We kindly ask all customers to choose carefully before making a purchase, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Refunds are only available where an item is considered faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced. Under Australian Consumer Law, customers may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement for major faults or defective items.

A refund is not available for change of mind, including if an event is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to cancellations, changes to event plans, or government restrictions).

Exchange or Credit Note

If you have purchased the incorrect size, we may offer an exchange or credit note equal to the value of the item purchased (excluding delivery charges), provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange or credit note, items must be:

* In their original and undamaged packaging
* Unworn and unused
* Returned with all tags, accessories, and original components intact

If an item is returned in a used, damaged, or altered condition, it will be returned to the customer and any additional shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

All delivery costs associated with exchanges will be payable by the customer.

Sizing

We strongly recommend reviewing sizing information carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us prior to ordering and we will be happy to assist you.

Due to the nature of formalwear and special occasion garments, we are unable to make exceptions for returns or exchanges if the item cannot be worn on the required event date.

Processing an Exchange

To request an exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us via email at adoredchristeningsco@gmail.com or by phone on 0413 776 872 within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. We will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and return instructions. Please do not send any items back without prior approval, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
4. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as Adored Christenings & Co cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
5. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will contact you within 48 hours regarding the outcome.

Credit Notes

Credit notes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Credit notes will be issued for the value of approved returned items only and do not include original delivery charges.

International Shipping

Adored Christenings & Co is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied by the destination country.

Any customs charges, foreign taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Items

All items are carefully inspected and packaged before delivery. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will assess the issue and may offer a repair, replacement, or other appropriate solution where applicable.

Please note that damage caused by wear and tear, incorrect handling, or misuse is not considered a manufacturing fault.
